14-Day Return Policy

At NURSING EDGE®, we offer a 14-day return policy for digital products. You have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your digital product must:

  • Not have been downloaded or accessed
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please contact us immediately if the digital product is defective or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the digital product is being sold to a customer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
